Kindergarden Teacher

The Villa Ritz GmbH & Co. Kindergarten KG - that is a group of entrepreneurs who are setting up a conceptually new kindergarden in Potsdam, the regional capital near Berlin, Germany - is currently searching for a highly motivated, experienced and well rounded kindergarden teacher who is looking to expand her or his supranational experience and carrier with us.

The Villa Ritz kindergarden is based on a concept of equal development of mind and body, a holistic approach to the human being using all senses and fostering creativity and any existing talents of our youngsters early. We want to be the partner of the families who leave their kids with us and the #1 choice for children and parents alike.

 

We expect:

  • a well educated and competent person having completed studies or training course
  • a culturally apt personality having worked or studied abroad or in an international context at home
  • relevant experience within the kindergarden or pre-school teaching environment (abroad preferred)
  • your undivided support in our endeavours and initiative and a high level of commitment and strength
  • a strong team player capable of proper communication at all team levels as well as with children, parents and third parties
  • English as the mother tongue, other languages welcome but not a must (incl German)

We offer:

  • a sophisticated work environment where up to 50 children between 8 months and 6 years will be attended to by approx 6-8 professional caretakers and teachers
  • 2 managers attending to managerial duties, planning and daily procedures as well some educational duties plus honorary staff on an hourly basis and as required

  • a culturally oriented, multilingual ambience for all children, parents and employees
  • the commitment to an extensive educational development programme to promote each child individually
